There are two truths that inspired me to write this grocery guide.
1. You have to come up with dinner ideas every day for the rest of your life.
2. You can't out work a bad diet.
Just like the gym, going to the grocery store requires planning!
Tips for sustainable eating habits.
incorporate foods you actually enjoy - you don't have to eat bland chicken + broccoli for results!!
buy produce (fruits + veggies) in season to save money - quick google search will help (or I can make some guide as a resource for that)
add in nutrient dense food instead of restricting less nutrient dense food - mindset matters
I find that the 80/20 rule works best for me, I don't restrict but I aim for mostly nutrient dense food. I don't label food as good or bad. Food is fuel but it is also comfort/experience/emotional/etc. I allow myself both - in moderation.
